Question about Huawei Watch 4 Pro

e-sim, making calls with Huawei Watch 4 Pro? Which supplier (Sunrise, Digitecgalaxus) supports telephoning? I mainly use the smartwatch as a phone replacement for travelling. Hiking, biking. GPS via Garmin (without mobile). Don't need any other functions. Use Samsung. I would like to wear it all the time, as a wristwatch. I really like this Huawei. But the performance of the Samsung is too weak for that (charging every day, sometimes less). What experiences have you had?

Helpful answer
I use M-Budget mobile, which supports the e-sim and allows me to make calls with the watch without needing the phone. I've also tried Digital Republic and it worked very well too. There's also an efficient GPS unit called Petal.
The charge lasts about 2 days.

Unfortunately, the software on the phone blocked it,
I am with quickline (sunrise network),
the Huawei app says Watch 4 pro does not support any supplier
I don't know if this is still the case in Switzerland

I could make calls with Swisscom, just had to set up the watch as an additional device with the standalone function.

Unfortunately
The Swiss providers discriminate against Huawei.
Although the GSM hosts come from them.
Politics is very incompetent here.
