I have an S21 ultra. It should be pretty much the same size.
It's very tight... in the bottom right corner it's very tight and can even touch your arm, but you can get round this problem by holding the gimbal.

The Sansung S23 has a width of 71 mm without protective cover. So it should work.
The only problem I noticed afterwards is that the mobile phone is magnetically attached to the handle. Someone can easily steal the mobile phone while you are filming.
