Do you have anything from Asus, e.g. a mainboard or something else? It is possible that Asus Aura is interfering. I have the same problem and have tried everything, nothing works. Sometimes it doesn't light up for weeks and then suddenly it works again for 3 hours and then nothing for a long time. If you google it, you will see that the problem is common but very few can really fix it. The only options are to live with it or RMA.
