Hello, I can't answer that and will have to rely on what the technical specifications say. This product says that it also works for Mac. For visual reasons, however, I would choose a product that is better suited to an iMac. Search for Apple docking station and you will find a range of products to choose from (including cheaper ones). You have to decide for yourself what connections you need and can choose what suits you. Don't forget to read the technical information! It will say whether it also works for Mac.

I have no idea. I've only connected HP laptops so far and they work fine. I don't know about anything else.
