Do both SIM card slots have 4G? Unfortunately, there are other phones (including smartphones) where only one slot has 4G or 3G and the other only 2G.
Is it possible to permanently disable mobile data? Or does this have to be done again every time the phone is started?

Accepted Answer

If you use two SIM cards, the first supports 4G, 3G and 2G. The second, however, only supports 2G. You can permanently deactivate mobile data:

Settings - Network & Connections - Mobile Network & Data - Data Connection - Off
