Question about Sony Alpha 6700

Hello all: I always shoot in specific film settings but mostly shoot in auto mode. I have assigned my settings to dials 1,2 and 3 in film mode (shutter speed doubled. for 25p, 50p, 100p). Is it possible to put the automatic mode on the dials 1,2 and 3 of the photo mode? Because now I always have to switch from film mode to photography mode. First I have to go to the photography mode and then to the automatic mode. That's too much fiddling for me. Thanks a lot for your input.

Hi elmuedo,

you can save up to 3 frequently used modes or product settings per shooting mode (still/movie/slow & fast motion/time lapse movie) on the product and up to 4 (M1 to M4) on the memory card. You can easily access the settings using the mode dial.
-Be sure to set the product to the setting you want to register.
MENU → (Shooting) → [Rec Mode] → [Camera Setting] → desired number.
- Press the centre of the dial to confirm.
Items that can be registered
- You can register various functions for recording. The items that can actually be registered are displayed on the camera menu.
Aperture (F value)
Shutter speed
To change registered settings:
Change the setting as desired and register the new setting under the same mode number.
Notice:
Memory numbers M1 to M4 can only be selected when a memory card is inserted in the product.
Programme shift cannot be registered.

I just tried it out. It is possible! Just do it:

Set camera in photo mode to automatic > open menu > Shooting tile (third from top (red)) > Shooting Mode > MR Camera Set. Select Memory > 1, 2 or 3 > Done.

Hope this helps.
