Question about Jabra Evolve 75 UC Duo + charging station
Hello all, I received the following headset from my employer: Jabra Evolve 75. According to the description the reception range is is guaranteed within a radius of 30m. In my experience this is not true. After 5m my headset loses the connection to the notebook. What is the problem here? I would be happy to receive a short feedback. Many thanks Thomas Kaufmann
Yes, exactly, use the Jabra USB dongle and the specs of 30 metres always apply without resistors, i.e. without anything between the transmitter and receiver. I definitely get a better range with the USB dongle 😉
For the long range, use the USB Jabra Stick. The range is guaranteed to increase. A range of 30m is probably only possible outdoors without walls etc.
