Hello all Unfortunately, I cannot connect my Mi Smart Band 4 to my smartphone. I installed the app, logged in to my Xiaomi account and clicked on "Add device". It unfortunately does not find the band and the band is also turned on and it says "Pair first". I tried connecting the band with two different devices and it doesn't work. Bluetooth is also activated on the phone. Is anyone aware of this problem? Is the band possibly defective?

I installed the "Zapp Life" app and the "Pair first" detection worked.
