Hello all Unfortunately, the installation DVD did not work correctly. During the installation we got an error message that a file was damaged and so we had to cancel the installation. We tried several times but unfortunately it always stopped at the same place. I then tried to find the data as a download but the product key is ONLY valid for the DVD version. Can I now return the DVD and will I receive a new one? My son shed a few tears because it was his Christmas present and now he couldn't play this great game....
