Hello everyone I have bought the Avata 2. Now the drone, motion controller and goggles are bound. Now the goggles have to be activated via the DJI Fly app. I have tried it with the Iphone 12, 13 and the Ipad Air but always get the message this accessory is not supported by this device. App and iOS are up to date. What can I do?

Hello. I think it might be a problem with the cable you're using instead. You should try using an official Apple cable to make the connection. I have an iPhone 12 and it works without a problem.

Hmm I have an iPhone 15 and iPad Pro both with USB C connection and this works without any problems.
Is it perhaps the cable? Since your devices still have a Lightning connection?
