Hello, I bought the Dell DA310 docking station so that I don't always have to move everything from my home notebook (HP) to my work notebook (HP). With the work notebook, everything works perfectly via the docking station. With the private notebook, I have to connect the screen directly to the notebook (HDMI connection), otherwise it doesn't work. Can anyone help me understand why the screen does not work?

Could it be that you have a C-format USB port and not a Thunderbolt port?
That's the only explanation I have right now.
