Question about UE Wonderboom 2

Hello, I have just ordered this product 2 times. While testing it, I noticed that the bass of my Wonderboom (Gen 1) is clearer and louder...! Is that possible, or did I get 2 defective ones? The Wonderboom 2 is louder than the 1st gen. but the bass is very weak.... Has anyone also had such an experience? Thanks a lot

So I don't assume that you got two defects. My boyfriend unfortunately only has the first generation, which is slowly giving up the ghost, so we're thinking of getting this one. He loves bass though, so now I'm unsure if that makes sense if that's the case with all of them. :/
