hello, i have two dell monitors, article s2721dgfa, 27", when i connect one it works fine, as soon as i connect the second one the resolution is not right, no matter how i connect them. why is that?? i have a surface book 2.

Hi,
Pretty sure the USB-C of your notebook is not capable of projecting 2x WQHD. If I'm not mistaken, only the latest USB-C generation or Thunderbolt can do that. You have to check the specifications of the notebook to see which port is installed.

I can't help you directly.

I only have the first monitor connected to the docking station. I have wired the second monitor to the first monitor (daisy chaining).
