The HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3 does not have an eSIM. This means that it cannot make calls directly via the mobile network, but must always be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth in order to make or receive calls.

If you are looking for a smartwatch that can make calls without a smartphone connection, a model such as the HUAWEI WATCH 4 would be more suitable as it offers eSIM support.
