Question about DJI Mini 3 Pro with RC controller incl. Fly More Kit
Hello people I just set up my drone firmupdate and RC controller. I have connected the drone and the controller via USB cable to the power supply for a full charge. But I have now noticed that I can no longer switch on the RC controller and the green LED points no longer light up! I have the feeling that the battery is DEAD and I have just had bad luck, not even flown! Can someone help me if someone has also had this problem. Thanks in advance.

I also received the drone with accessories just a few days ago. I have also carried out the firmware update. Everything still works so far!
Do the 4 LEDs light up when you connect the USB cable? The RC controller should also start when only the USB cable supplies power. When the basic screen is displayed on the RC controller screen, you can see the battery charge status by swiping your finger from the top of the screen downwards.

I didn't get any picture at all unfortunately :( Sent everything back to Digitec very annoying!!!

DJI has a good customer service, they can certainly help you if this is possible. Otherwise, I would check with Galaxus to see if it is DOA.

Unfortunately, nothing works anymore, which is the strange thing! Neither the 4 LEDs nor the screen remains black - nothing works, which is very annoying. Although it is connected to the USB, nothing happens
