It depends on what you mean by "process" and at what resolution and frame rate you want to shoot.

Since the data volumes at 4K/60FPS are very quickly several gigabytes in size, 16 GB Ram would actually be advantageous for editing. SSDs as a storage medium would not be bad either, as this would greatly reduce the loading time.

If it's just for viewing, you don't really need to worry about RAM.
