Hello, Can the Garmin-Pro plus work with the app on my iPhone only? or should it only match with the Garmin smarthwatch?

As the device is Bluetooth and ANT+ enabled, it can be used with any Bluetooth enabled device.
A Garmin device is not absolutely necessary.
