Hello, Please explain the Nokia - Withings issue. A Withings product is clearly advertised. The actual product supplied is an (old?) Nokia product with outdated instructions, outdated Nokia software, Nokia branding and non-existent links to Nokia apps. According to Wikipedia, these scales have been back on the market under Withings since May 2018. What kind of product did I receive? Is the PWG measurement unlocked? MfG H.B.

The Nokia and Withings are the same. On my iPhone I have installed the "Health Mate" app (now from Withings, previously from Nokia), and it works great. My scale even got a firmware update six months ago or so.

About PWG measurement, I turned it off on mine because I wear an Apple Watch, and find it gives me better info. But it worked well.
