Hello,why is the lens I got 130.00mm long when the specs data says it should be 99.90mm?

At Digitec, the measurement for the length has been noted for the wrong version. The length of the lens differs depending on which bayonet it is for. You can also see this in the pictures if you compare Canon EF with Sony E Mount, for example.

Canon EF mount: 85.4 mm x 99.9 mm
Sony E-mount: 85.4 mm x 125.9 mm
L-mount: 85.4 mm x 123.9 mm
