Question about Lian-Li Strimer Plus V2

Hi all, could someone please help me with connecting the cables? I have plugged the controller into a 5V port on the Maiboard and into the Sata port on the PSU, the PC runs fine, but the lights on the cables don't come on, I think there is something wrong with the steim...! Thanks in advance for your help 🙏🏼

Have you checked that all cables are plugged in correctly? Since the PC is running, everything seems to be OK with the 24-pin extension - maybe something is wrong with the RGB part. If everything is plugged in correctly (maybe try another ARGB slot on the MB if possible) and it still doesn't rainbow puke, I would contact Lian Li support - they are really obliging. Otherwise, have it replaced at Digitec.
