Hi, I have a 128g sandisk sd card and since erasing the data on it on my Mac by doing "erase disk" to recover its total storage capacity, my 360 x3 camera no longer recognises the sd card. What can I do?

The Insta360 X3 supports exFAT and FAT32 memory card formats, but exFAT is recommended for optimal performance. To format the memory card using the camera's settings, navigate to "Settings" > "Camera Storage" > "Format Storage". Alternatively, you can format it through the Insta360 app connected to your phone.
Elaboration:
Recommended Format:
While both exFAT and FAT32 are supported, Insta360 recommends using exFAT format for the best performance and to avoid potential issues with recording.
Formatting through Camera:
You can format the SD card directly within the X3's settings. Turn on the X3, swipe down to access the menu, tap "Settings", then "Camera Storage", and finally "Format Storage".
Formatting through the App:
Alternatively, connect the X3 to your phone via the Insta360 app. Go to Settings > Other Settings > Camera Storage > Format Storage.
Formatting on a Computer:
If formatting on a computer, ensure the SD card is formatted to exFAT and the allocation unit size is set to default.
