Bought this modules in 2018 for my iMac with the same config like yours (iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) - 3.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5). Now have a 24 GB config - 2x4 GB original and 2x8 GB Corsair. No trouble so far.
Go for it!

Hi, I have a iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2013) and it works great on it. Was no problem to install. Should work.
