If a call is in progress via PC with softphone and the mobile phone rings at the same time, the call is interrupted or the headset switches to the mobile phone. Only when the call on the mobile phone is rejected does the headset reconnect to the PC.

Hi, have the opposite problem: when the headset is connected to the mobile phone and laptop, it interrupts a conversation on the mobile phone, even through the notification sound of incoming emails.... /WhatsApp messages.

I have the non microsoft version and so far I have not been interrupted in a skype call when a call comes in via mobile and bluetooth.
