How can you install such an elaborate and beautiful cooling system and then use such an enclosure...? The case is the only NoGo for me in this performance package.

Helpful answer
What bothers me is that a GTX 1080 (F)ounders(E)dition is apparently installed here (the reference model, so to speak) that probably got dusty in the Digitec warehouse ;D The WD Blue HDD is also debatable, as is the power supply. A proud price for these components. It's a shame that the ignorant are made to pay such prices. On paper, of course, it looks good "Nvidia GTX 1080 FE". But if customers only complain about the case, then you've done it Digitec gg

You don't want to distract from the beautiful cooling with a showy case.
For a Digitec PC, the appearance is absolutely fine.
Simple and focused on the point :o)
Besides, the "innards" have to be right.

Since the graphics card is water-cooled, the 1080TI FE is needed to mount the standard water cooling plate on the graphics card. Custom graphics cards do not make any sense, as some have different dimensions.

The price is more than justified.

If I put all the components together in a watch list at Digitec, I quickly get over CHF 3000. (I can also post a screenshot of this).

If you add the day's work, which includes not only the actual assembly, but also stress tests, multiple quality checks, Windows installation and recovery image creation, you quickly reach the price.

A different/better case and better components would drive the price even higher.

The guys from Joule Performance/Littlebit already know what they are building in, not for nothing is every model and every specimen subjected to strict evaluations and tests (at least 4-eyes principle) before it even goes into series production ;)

For the price, I would expect 2 1080s. they offer more performance than the 1080 ti and cost about the same.
