How do I connect two monitors to this docking station? If I connect the docking station to the laptop via the usb c port, I only have a picture on one of the two external monitors, which are both connected via the HDMI ports. if I connect one monitor to the HDMI output of the laptop and the other via the docking station via USB C, both work. The idea was to have only one connection.

Hi all, when I connect the HDMI connector from the Fujitsu P27T-7 LED monitor to the icybox IB-DK2106-C, no picture comes up on the monitor. When I connect the same HDMI cable to my laptop, the picture (duplicate) comes through perfectly. Is the Icy Box defective? Is there a driver missing? What can be done? The laptop is a Fujitsu T938 tablet. Many thanks and best regards

I have just checked with IcyBox Support.

Caution: This docking "only" offers USB-C, not Thunderbolt. Connector is the same, but signals are apparently slightly different.

Support said: Download the latest Thunderbolt drivers from the Intel website.
Good advice, but my box has an AMD Ryzen 7.
Since I also use Linux, I'll probably have to buy another docking with Thunderbolt compatibility.

If the resolution goes above 1080p, i.e. 2560x1440, then the device needs a USB-C that supports DP, otherwise this is not possible.

Was there a solution to this. I have exactly the same problem. 2 monitors connected via HDMI and "Expand" mode, but only one additional screen is displayed. However, both monitors work twice the same. Updated everything but nothing worked. Anyone have any ideas?

According to the manufacturer:
How many monitors can I connect to the docking station?
-With Windows® two monitors are possible in extended mode, with macOS® only one monitor is extended and another mirrored.

Any news on this topic? The spec sheet says 2 monitors supported?

I have the same problem...even if I also connect the docking station to the power via USB C.... Screen is set to "Expand"... switches to "Duplicate" i.e. 2x the same content on both screens...

As far as I know, Windows only supports the PC's own screen plus one external screen, but not two external screens.
