How does it work with the running? The device probably doesn't have an integrated GPS. Will it still show me how much I have run ? Thank you and greetings

The GPS of the mobile phone is used if you have it with you.

No, no GPS. But the number of steps is measured. With the corresponding app (I use Android), it should also be possible to personalise the step length (I haven't tried it yet). A daily target number of steps can also be programmed.
Basically, the 4th version of the Mi Band is well done, also with regard to the display, and it has a good price-performance ratio. I can only recommend it.
