Hi, the cable from the docking station to the Surface is 65cm long, and then the power cable is also 130cm long

I have the part abroad, so I can't check; from memory: The part is very close to where I set up the Surface Book and has the cable rolled up in a few loops; I estimate the length to be about 1m to 1.20m at the longest.
