Question about Kyocera ECOSYS M5526cdw
I am disappointed by the highly praised quality of Kyocera - after < 8'000 prints the thing breaks (I never had that with other manufacturers)...?!? The fuser unit (302R793080) has broken off the anchoring of the rearmost moving part (marked cover A) - poor quality plastic (!) I just need a new such cover A - where can I order it? Support Kyocera does not seem to want to give an answer ;-(
I have actually bought 5 of these devices for myself and customers. They actually go out of business at some point (usually 1 year after the warranty expires) when the printer starts to smear.
Nevertheless, I think it's one of the best printers on the market for SMEs.
On the other hand, I can't confirm that the plastic has broken off, because the workmanship and the material have been very good so far.
I would try https://www.graf-electronics.de, they are very nice and have lots of spare parts and repair instructions.
