Question about Sony Alpha 6700

I am new to Sony. I wanted to switch the frame rate from 25p to 30p. When I go to Video -> Video Picture Quality -> Movie Settings -> Rec Frame Rate in the menu, I can only select 25p, 50p or 100p. Is there no 30p, 60p, 120p here? Kind regards

Found it. It is a little hidden. Bottom menu (Settings) -> Area/Date -> NTSC/PAL selection. Fits of course in the Area/Date submenu (*irony off).
