I bought the Surface Dock 2 so that I could connect my Surface Pro 7 to my two, new monitors Dell P2422H Bundle. The first time I tried it, I updated everything (software, updates, etc.). Now it always happens that the resolution is interrupted for a few seconds and everything goes black. I have already checked all the cables several times and they are connected correctly. I use "Digitus USB Type C - HDMI" cables. My question is, is there a solution to this? or could the docking station be defective? The connector on the Surface always gets extremely hot after about 15 minutes. Is this normal? I would appreciate any feedback.
