Question about TCL MOVETIME Family Watch MT40X

I bought the watch 3 weeks ago and everything worked perfectly. Since yesterday, it no longer appears in my iphone app, but if I want to add it via the QR code or via the IMEI code, I can't because "the watch is already linked". I've restarted the watch and my phone, removed the application and put it back on, but it won't come back. I can't locate my daughter any more, nor can I send or receive messages, calls, etc. She still appears on my daughter's phone. She still appears on my husband's phone (but it's not useful for us as he's at work during the school run). Has anyone had this problem?

I have the same problem. Can anyone help us? I have already reset the clock to the factory settings, but that didn't help either.
