I can no longer download my data from the Insta360 X3 camera to my computer. It no longer recognises the camera. I've changed USB ports, changed cables, tested on three computers and none of them recognises the camera. I've reset the camera to factory mode and updated it via my iPhone, but the problem is still the same. Before I had this problem, it would sometimes tell me that there was no memory card, even though it was perfectly in place. When I'm filming, sometimes it stops and the file is corrupted, or sometimes I stop the video and it loads in a vacuum and I can't play it back. If not, I've made over fifty videos and I'm quite happy. Should I return it? Still under warranty.

I am not a professional. However, it seems very important that the exact right SD card's are used.

Don't you have an SD card reader? Maybe you can read the card from there.

or:
I prefer to work with the desktop software. Using the mobile is nice, but it's a fiddly job.
