I currently have a bug that prevents me from reading my e-books. I manually added an e-book from my computer. It then appears on my e-reader and I can start reading it. When I first open it, I can navigate from page to page, but the chapter selection doesn't work. If I close the book and reopen it, it shows me an empty page with 1/1. I have uploaded the ebook to the mytolino android application and the book works perfectly there. I tried updating my Tolino, restarting it, resetting it completely, downloading the book from the cloud, using Calibre to transfer the book to the e-reader, but nothing worked. I also sent the ebook to a friend who was able to test it with his Tolino Shine and another who has a Kindle and they had no problems. I've contacted tolino support but I can't get an answer and I can't find any help online. Can anyone help me?
