The faux leather has peeled off in the meantime, looks terrible.
The headphones themselves are great. It would be a shame to throw everything away just because of the earpads.
Also not CO2 friendly ;-)

They are not exactly the same as the old one, but they fit.

Ha Ha, so I'm not alone! I have cut away the "black shreds". I still use the headphones, they're great.
