I have a Matebook D14 2021 with USB-C and USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 as well as HDMI on the left side. On the right, only USB-A 2.0. I also have a 24" monitor that I currently have connected to the Matebook via HDMI. However, if I only need the laptop for simple tasks, I have to unplug everything again. Tedious. My wish would be to have the docking station permanently "mounted" and all cables nicely supplied. For more detailed work, I want to connect the Lap to the docking station. When the work is done, flap closed and off. Now I have the laptop on my lap and when I need to do a job where I need the big screen, I just want to attach it to the USB-C cable of the docking station. Is that possible?

This device has 2x display ports... I have both my monitors connected to the device via display port, then the device with USB C on my laptop ... that works. But you are missing the corresponding sockets for your HDMi connections.
