I have a Nikon 7100 and a Nikon flash SB700. Can I use the Godox V860II together with the SB700 in Master or Slave modes?

Yes you can! I use the Godox as master and the Nikon SB-flash as the slave. Runs smoothly. I didn't try the other way around but should not be an issue either. Have fun with your devices :-)
