I have been using the Samsung QE50Q60D TV since Oct. 2024 on a Sunrise cable connection without Internet. The problem is: The device always loses certain channels after a week, e.g. SRF1... TV reinstalled 4 times always the same problem. Can anyone help me?
The device works perfectly for me with a cable connection. All I had to do was plug it in and I was done. The problem may be with the signal from your supplier.
