Question about EPOS MB 660 Uc Ms

I have had the MB660 for several weeks. With Slack and SOIP client calls, the callers complain that it is too quiet. Then I have to switch to intern. Microphone. Does anyone have the same problem? MacOS up to date

I do not have this problem. Try a software update for the headphones and the USB dongle.
