I have ordered a Chipolo Card When I unpacked it, I noticed that the card has a deformation (swelling) in the centre. Is this the battery that has expanded and is faulty? The function is currently given.

A rechargeable battery has the card, not just a battery. And this is what makes the bulge. At least mine wasn't flat.
