Question about Thrustmaster TSS Handbrake Sparco Mod+

I have read through all the other questions. Still can't quite see my way through. I'm building a new SimRig and plan to use this shifter/handbrake, but I don't have a Thrustmaster steering wheel and I don't see anything about a "normal" USB connection in the pictures here. So how exactly do I connect this to my PC?

Helpful answer

A cable with a plug I don't know leads out of the brake. A cable with a USBA plug is included for this plug. Install the driver and install updates via the software. Works perfectly for me.
