Question about Panasonic Lumix FZ300
I have the camera with me on holiday (bought new a few days ago at Digitec) and the message "System error O.I.S." or "Switch the camera off and on again" keeps coming up. Does anyone have any ideas (especially from digitec customer service) about what I could do to fix the problem? I would love to use the new acquisition here. I have already tried a reset. Thanks for any support!

I've had this type of device for several years (even 2). Personally, I've never had this type of problem, but apparently several people have. Here's what I've found for you:
First press the on/off button for 10 seconds.
Then remove the battery and memory card from the camera. Sometimes you have to wait a little over 15 minutes before you can reattach it.
Then reattach the battery and start the camera without the memory card, and check.
Also try resetting all the default settings.
If this doesn't work, then it's probably a more serious fault that needs to be repaired by the after-sales service. With Digitec you have a form to fill in and enclose with your shipment => https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc....
Either the device will be repaired, or at worst it will be exchanged (rare cases but sometimes possible).

My camera had this now and then when the lens mechanism could not move freely. However, it hasn't happened very often lately.
