Question about i-tec Dual DP USB-C Power Delivery 4k Dock

I use the docking station with an HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 and two Eizo FlexScan S2202W monitors. The resolution on the monitors cannot be increased above 1024x768, the monitor always displays an error message "faulty signal". Does anyone have any good advice?

Hello Alekks,
I have an EliteBook 840 G7 and 2x HP 27mx monitors. I configure the display with Window's own tool. The resolution can be adjusted up to the maximum of 1920x1080.
Maybe you need to update the display driver?
Use cables without transition plugs!
