Mine arrives the day after tomorrow

For me it says:

No shipment notification as of now. 😢
Ordered on the 20th as well.

Foto Zumstein has apparently already received a delivery, I received the pick-up invitation today. So it's strange that digitec hasn't received anything

I ordered my camera directly on the 20th. I also have the delivery date as unknown. According to customer support, no one has received a Fujifilm today because no delivery has yet arrived.

a transparent competitor states: stock in willisau -41 (i.e. minus!), on order 78...
so it looks like almost 80 are expected in willisau, and 41 of them have already been ordered? chilly... 🤷‍♂️

i've heard that in this country they were booked in and dispatched on the 27th/28th. so presumably none of them went out to end customers yesterday.

for your information: the deadline is also unknown to me, and on the morning of the announcement I checked from time to time whether the article had been opened at dicitec, pressing the button at around 10:00. so I would expect to be there in the first round. 🤷‍♂️

I ordered the camera from digitec as I saw the sale starts on 28.02, even yesterday my order status says: delivery today. I have planed a holiday in the later half of March and take this camera with me. Now the status changes to delivery date unknown and I am really sad.

Let's be honest, if you pre-order a coveted product from Digitec, you're often unexpectedly badly advised. It's a shame that you can't get to grips with this. You can't even manage to keep your customers informed, which is a shame and disappointing.

So please calm down everyone. The camera was only released last week and Fujifilm must be overrun with all the enquiries and orders - it's not Digitec's fault. Also, the official sale is only today on the 28th.

What is expected of customers from online services is really inhumane 😂

Oh dear, there are also Fuji disciples. If it were sold physically, then probably many with a tent, folding chair and camping toilet in front of the shop. It will come, sooner or later. Leaning back and waiting, that's what I do and I'm doing great.
