I would like to connect my Samsung Galaxy S8 to a projector to watch films. And charge it at the same time, otherwise the battery won't last. Is the capacity sufficient for this or does this overload my mobile phone and it overheats? Who knows about this? Thanks for the help.

that's enough. i've done this with the TV many times...it's generally the same principle.
it would also work with a chromcast.
