I would like to install this water cooling in my machine, I have the Lian li case with Razer design, so space-wise it should work. But now I'm wondering to what extent I notice a difference compared to the standard cooler from AMD.

If you only use this PC for working, the AMD cooler will be sufficient, as the temperatures are not too important. However, if you also want to play a few games, I can recommend the AIO water cooling, as the CPU can then turbo-clock longer. If you also want to overclock your CPU, then you will only be able to do this with the AIO, as such a water cooling system, with 3 fans, ultimately delivers a significantly stronger performance than "only" the AMD fan.
