I would use this lens on my Olympus E-M1 mark II because it is faster than the Olympus 75-300mm. Is this lens recommended?

The price/performance of the lens is top and I don't regret the purchase at all. Only the autofocus works a little faster with Olympus on Olympus in my observation. In sports or with animals, this often makes a more important difference than the speed.
