Question about Apple HomePod mini

If I already use an Apple TV 4K as Homekit, can I extend the range of my Homekit with the Homepod? Specifically, it's about my Netatmo outdoor module, which can still be reached with the Netatmo Weather Station (this as a bridge), but only appears sporadically in the Apple Homekit due to a missing connection. The outdoor module is within range of my WiFi but too far away from the Apple TV, i.e. the Homekit. If I now install a Homepod halfway away, will the range of my Homekit be extended by the Apple TV?

PS:
The Weather Station is on WiFi and can therefore be found by HomeKit.
Weather Station and modules communicate via Low Energy Bluetooth (but I haven't checked that).

Hello
Are you sure that the outdoor module communicates via WiFi?
The Netatmo Weather Station is shown as a bridge in Home. This means that the Weather Station communicates with any modules and takes over the communication with HomeKit (= Bridge). If the outdoor module is not displayed in Home, this is due to the connection between the module and the Weather Station. A HomePod will not bring any improvement.
