Is the cpu too weak for a 4070 ti super?

If it's worth the money for this small performance gain compared to the 3070, then go for it.
I switched from a 2070S to the 4070 Ti OC, which was clearly noticeable.
From a 3070 to a 4070, it wouldn't be worth all that money to me...
