Is it possible to start the GoPro 10 by remote control when it is switched off or must the GoPro always be switched on?

Helpful answer
First I have to switch on my GoPro 9. This is done - after setting it up beforehand - by pressing a button and the camera starts recording. Then I switch on the remote device and recognise the running camera. Then I can control the GoPro 9 in detail. I don't know the GoPro 10.
