I switch between finger and palm grip. The side keys are easier to operate with palmgrip because the side keys have a high pressure point.

Better than other MMO mice. Fingertip will only be possible with larger hands 19cm+.
However, you have to adjust the grip a bit because the side buttons need more weight to be pressed.
